Meet the Class of 2024 Senior Reps!
Hey there, awesome readers! It’s that time of the year at Suzanne Barnes Photography, and I’ve got a fantastic squad of high school senior reps to introduce to you. Meet the Class of 2024 Senior Reps!
These four soon-to-be grads are a lively bunch, crushing it in school, and rocking life outside of the classroom. I can’t wait for you to meet them – and who knows, you might just pick up some senior year inspiration along the way! So, let’s dive in and discover where they’re from and what gets their hearts racing!
Brieann Ballard
First up, we’ve got a senior from the hallways of Lake Creek High School, and she’s a seriously busy (and seriously gorgeous!) gal. Brie is involved in FFA, showing pigs and non-livestock items at Montgomery County Fair Association and Houston Livestock and Rodeo. Last year she was the VP Of Community Service for Family Career Community Leaders of America, and this year she’s the VP of Programs. Add to that swim team, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, fishing, and church activities, you’re looking a a girl with a packed calendar! She’s a Class A goofball in the absolute best way, and her favorite bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11.
“For I know the plans that I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans for prosperity and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”
Jeremiah 29:11, NASB
I’m psyched to have her on the team, and we’ve already captured her infectious energy in her senior photos. Can’t wait to share her session with you!
Bella Harrington
Meet Bella! She’s repping to the homeschool crowd for me this year, and when she’s not acing her classes, you’ll find her serving great coffee and sharing Christs love at Hebrews Coffeehouse in The Woodlands! In her free time, you might find her thrifting and antiquing for one-of-a-kind finds. She’s a creative soul, and loves to write, DIY crafts, and sing in the youth band at Oak Ridge Baptist Church, and her favorite bible verse is 1 Corinthians 13:4-7.
Love is patient, love is kind, it is not jealous; love does not brag, it is not arrogant. It does not act disgracefully, it does not seek its own benefit; it is not provoked, does not keep an account of a wrong suffered, it does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; it keeps every confidence, it believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
1 Corinthians 13:4-7, NASB
She has a huge passion for counseling and missions, and after graduation she plans to study social work at the University of Mary Hardin Baylor and pursue evangelism while continuing to serve in church and around the community. You won’t believe the gorgeous photos we grabbed at her session out a farm in Montgomery. Be on the lookout for her session on the blog soon!
Josh Hill
Representing Grand Oaks High School is our next rockstar senior rep, who’s known for being the king of cool. Seriously, if there were an Olympic event for coolness, Josh would be the gold medalist. Our resident musician, Josh plays trombone for the Houston Youth Symphony and Grand Oaks HS Band, rocks the bass guitar in the Church Worship Band at Oak Ridge Baptist Church, and is an amazing piano player. He loves being involved in missions at church, and was psyched to go to Belize this past summer on a mission trip. His favorite bible verse is John 10: 14-16.
“I am the good shepherd, and I know My own and My own know Me, even as the Father knows Me and I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep.”
John 10:14-16, NASB
He’s so suave in front of the camera, and I can’t wait to capture the coolness during his senior photo session!
Jarrett Humphries
And last but certainly not least, my final senior rep, Jarrett, hails from Oak Ridge High School. This year he’s serving as the Marketing Officer for ORHS Student Council, and he’s involved in Missions, Kindness Culture and the youth group at Oak Ridge Baptist Church. His favorite Bible verse is Proverbs 16: 1-3.
The plans of the heart belong to a person,
Proverbs 16:1-3, NASB
But the answer of the tongue is from the Lord.
All the ways of a person are clean in his own sight,
But the Lord examines the motives.
Commit your works to the Lord,
And your plans will be established.
After Graduation, he plans to head to Tarleton State University to study mechanical engineering and eventually wants to work for the FAA. His session was an absolute blast. His infectious personality combined with an epic amount of awesomeness made for some fun senior portraits
I’m so super lucky to have these four incredible high school seniors on my team this year. Not only are they each amazing human beings, but also such a bright lights for Jesus in this dark world. As they embark on their epic senior year journey, I can’t wait to be there to capture all the highs, the quirks, and the unforgettable moments. Stick around, because we’ll be sharing more about each of them, their crazy stories, and their senior photo sessions as the year unfolds. It’s going to be a wild ride, and we’re thrilled you’re joining us for the adventure!
